Here’s how our process works:

  1. Initial Draft: Within 2-4 days, we’ll deliver the first draft of your posts and feed layout for your review.
  2. Revisions: You’ll have the opportunity for two rounds of revisions to ensure the visuals align perfectly with your vision.
  3. Captions & Hashtags: Once visuals are approved, we’ll create captions and hashtags, which will be ready for your review within 1-2 days. You’ll again have two rounds of revisions.
  4. Feedback & Finalization: Timely feedback helps us finalize and submit the complete content calendar. Our goal is to wrap up the process within 7-10 days.
  5. Scheduling & Posting: Once approved, we’ll schedule the posts and start publishing. Throughout the month, we’ll stay in touch to answer questions, collaborate, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

As your content nears completion, we’ll begin building the next feed about 10 days in advance, ensuring a seamless, streamlined process every month.

What is the contract commitment?

We don’t require long-term contracts. We start with a 3-month commitment, followed by a month-to-month arrangement. This initial period allows us to ramp up, identify what works, refine strategies, and optimize for the best results.
